சர்வதேச கப்பல் சரக்கு போக்குவரத்து18%இந்த SAC குறியீடு குளிர்பதன கப்பல்கள், எண்ணெய் டேங்கர்கள், பல்க் கார்கோ கப்பல்கள், கன்டெய்னர் கப்பல்கள் போன்ற சிறப்பு கப்பல்களில் அனுப்பப்படும் சரக்குகளுக்கான சர்வதேச நீர்வழி போக்குவரத்து சேவைகளை உள்ளடக்கும். இந்த சரக்குகள் சர்வதேச கடல் வழியாக கொண்டு செல்லப்படும்போது இது பொருந்தும்.
